Dual Pricing Program

Our Dual Pricing Program is designed to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as card network rules. Merchants participating in the Dual Pricing Program are responsible for displaying proper signage and ensuring their terminal configuration shows both cash and card prices to customers. Ireland Pay provides training materials and signage to support compliance.

Chargeback Guarantee

The Chargeback Guarantee program covers qualifying transactions processed through Ireland Pay. Coverage is subject to program terms and conditions, including transaction type, fraud prevention measures in place, and merchant account standing.
