You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Merchant Services
Our merchant services, including payment processing, dual pricing programs, chargeback prevention tools, and related services, are subject to separate merchant agreements. The terms on this Website provide general information about our services and do not constitute a binding service agreement. Specific terms, rates, and conditions are established in the individual merchant processing agreement signed upon account setup.
Dual Pricing Program
Our Dual Pricing Program is designed to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as card network rules. Merchants participating in the Dual Pricing Program are responsible for displaying proper signage and ensuring their terminal configuration shows both cash and card prices to customers. Ireland Pay provides training materials and signage to support compliance.
Chargeback Protection
Ireland Pay's chargeback protection program provides software-based prevention tools, pre-dispute alerts, and representment support to help merchants reduce and respond to chargebacks. Ireland Pay does not guarantee, indemnify, or reimburse merchants for chargeback losses. Outcomes of individual disputes are determined by the issuing bank and card networks. Full program details are provided in the merchant agreement.
